Our commission structure is pretty simple. You take home 80% of the total commission and we take 20% to invest back into improving customer experience, technology, and training. When you've contributed $18,000 for the year, you take home 100% of the commission on your transactions for the remainder of the year.
Ultimately, we're a marketing company that provides world-class real estate experiences for friends, family, and great people in our community. But we can't help customers that don't know about us. So we put a lot of time, effort, and resources into getting in front of the people who need our experience.
