Make More Money - Commission Splits and Caps
Our commission structure is pretty simple. You take home 80% of the total commission and we take 20% to invest back into improving customer experience, technology, and training. When you've contributed $18,000 for the year, you take home 100% of the commission on your transactions for the remainder of the year.

- Sign the Team Greene commission agreement and agree to the Lead Hub fee schedule.
- As customers sign up online we'll direct them to you.
- Once you've been paid, we maintain great customer service for the client until the next transaction.
IMPORTANT: It's an opt-in system! If you don't want to participate, you don't have to. Unlike other companies, we don't charge you fees every month for systems you're not using!
