One skill that your Realtor really needs to be able to master is contract to close. This is what happens after an offer has been accepted and the rest of the transaction needs to be managed. It includes working with home owners associations, lenders, title companies, home inspectors, negotiating repairs, and more. With some brokerages, once a purchase is made, clients rarely see their agent again until closing. We don't think that's a good idea.
